Hidden Pride

on

The following song is a movement and a journey within itself.  As usual, it came from nowhere only to be birthed before my eyes.

I had no idea what it was about, including the name of its title.

So, upon its completion, I put my head down, cranked the speakers….and then it came.

Here’s Hidden Pride.

Enjoy,
Adam
PS This is the 5th song from the new Jadeion project.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is one of my top 3 all time favorites. And the name? It worked for me, because I had an epiphany while listening. Somewhere during my long Earth journey, I picked up on the belief that pride was a bad thing. It isn’t. It is neither good nor bad, nor right or wrong. It just is – one of the myriad emotions we as humans are able to experience. And maybe the best place for it is … hidden.
I say this because as a child, and as a parent — rather than hear or say, “I am so proud of you,” I very much prefer to hear or say, “You are so amazing. I love you.”
Such a contrast in the messages of the two statements. And I can still have (hidden) pride in knowing that I did may part in bringing this amazing person into our world. Smiles.

It’s so interesting how we are overwhelmingly governed by emotions and peer pressure/perspectives. There is so much truth and wisdom in your comments.
      Thank you Sara.

I was in tears listening to this piece as we have been in the midst of huge fires raging through trees and plants. My Heart has been so sad for the animals that could not flee. This piece makes me think of flight and hope. Even when we are stuck, trapped and surrounded in what seems inevitable, still there is Grace and in this we can Trust.

That is tragically beautiful Joy. Thank you for sharing, as well as the perspective.
Powerful indeed, and gives new meaning to the song.
      Thank you.

Every molecule of me is filled with joy. I am dancing in the Light and, others are sharing this dance of joy with me. We are growing and becoming comfortable in our Oneness as we call forth more joy I just want to pour this joy all over Earth and its inhabitants.
    Beautiful
