Moments from Now
I wanted to wait on this one because it’s so powerful, and the intention was to do a video. Still may, not sure yet. Regardless of my intentions, I just want to bring something good out of all we’re going through right now.
I know it’s not about influence, money, survival, or some profound lesson of getting by, but this piece came from somewhere much deeper than that. It came from a place in the future, somewhere in the distance, waiting, echoing for all of us to embrace it.
Whatever my intentions were, they’re lost through your perspective, as they should be. So, this is for you, and for whatever that means in your own life.

Yes our world appears to be overrun with a virus—-a substance the we need a microscope to see
Yes fear is rampant
But, my heart does not have to hold fear within it
It is always a choice

Wow…how evocative.
Like a hummingbird hovering over a flower. Take a breath. Be still. And then, in the silence, you hear it. The notes finally get loud enough to hear them clearly. Let your thoughts marinate in your feelings. Then let those thoughts go, dissipate into nothingness…just feel the feelings. Within your soul. Within your heart. As the music surges you realize it was always there…within you. Just waiting to be noticed…to be touched…to be brought into your world of existence – now. My body is buzzing & I am weeping – so much emotion flowing just like the last time I had energy work done. Thinking back when with family most of my life at a cabin in Lake Tahoe (sold last yr) & seeing the fam playing r favorite card games, taking walks in that neighborhood & best of all being on deck at nighttime looking up at the sky/stars while being cozy in sleeping bags & knowing how blessed we were & are. Adam – you help to direct us to the right path towards a fulfilled life. Your Blessings pass into us.

Thank You for bringing back my memory of hiking on Mt. Rainier in 2002 in the summer. My boyfriend and I had set up a tent high on the trail..there was a glacier below us. At night it was like being in another dimension….the fog rolled in and completely covered everything! This song brought back a world that seemed like a fantasy…
This song brought me back in time…good memories.
