Such and amazing experience! First curiosity, then delight with growing joy and relaxation filled me as the stress button that has been on “HIGHLY INTENSE” since I awoke this morning was gently and profoundly disconnected and disintegrated from existence! All the cares of this morning simply disappeared from my mind.
The feeling of lightness in spirit and physical body is so interestingly mixed with with feeling of fullness.. like all needs are met, a feeling of satisfaction.
Today is going to be an incredible day, Adam!

Wow—-this brought back memories of Robert Monroe and his gateway
programs
Which i took in virginia in the early 90’s
He used music and sound to help one leave the body behind and explore consciousness In the areas he had explored
This song does the same thing—-one enters within their energy fields and travels wherever they choose
i love the music box beautiful sounds that gently lead us on our way
My first knowing out of body was to find my father—-whom i hated and wanted to punish in all ways —- human stuff—-not source love on my part
I carried my father into the Light and found Forgiving easy in the process
When we got to the Light—-a voice said—-terri—- you must let your father walk into the light—-by himself—-he and his angels entered the beautiful Light
And, i was given the gift of seeing my father change into a man filled with and of The LIGHT
We are all LIGHT and i am so blessed by this music and this memory

Beautiful stuff Terri. I remember Robert’s work very well. When I first got into it, the lack of having an OBE turned me into an atheist. It was during that exact time of building immense contrast, that I finally saw both sides.
So yes, I resonate completely with your story. And yes, there’s so much for us to explore, especially as individuals with our own unique perspectives.
